Pricing Policy:
All prices are subject to change based on season, availability, fuel cost, and travel distance. Any additional charges such as tolls, parking, driver allowance, and state tax will be extra unless mentioned.
Cancellation & Refund:
Cancellation must be informed in advance. Refunds (if applicable) will depend on cancellation timing and booking type. Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for refund.
Driver & Vehicle:
We provide professional and experienced drivers. However, customers are expected to behave respectfully. Any misconduct may lead to service termination without refund.
Travel Responsibility:
Mateshwari Tours is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We always try to ensure a smooth and safe journey.
Damage Policy:
Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer will be chargeable. Cleanliness and proper usage of the vehicle are expected.
Service Limitation:
We do not provide self-drive car rental services. All bookings are driver-based services only.
